Running in memory of my mate Jim. 

We lost him to a brain tumour 2 years ago, we all miss him.

Jim loved running, he ran the London marathon, amongst other distance races, he was the perfect build for it. Skinny as a rake. 

I don't like running at all, my knees are shot and I'm not getting any younger, but in the abcense of a dodgy knee charity it seemed like a great idea to raise some money for the charity that will help others with this horrible problem. 

I'm sure Jim will be looking on and laughing, if I hear anyone shout "Run fat boy" I'll know for sure.
