Spin for Smart Works is a week-long cycling challenge, ending on International Womens Day. Teams of five will join forces to collectively reach the 500-mile target, the distance between our seven centres.

Story

Twenty members of St Helen's staff are participating in Spin for Smart Works, a week-long cycling challenge where teams of five join forces to collectively cycle 500 miles (the equivalent distance between the seven Smart Works centres), either on a road bike, gym bike or in a spin class. 

Team A - Lorna Shepherd, Trace Scaysbrook, Lin Thomas, Liz Bedford and Helen Nash

Team B - Kim Lythgoe, Rebecca Dougall, Juliette Kopec, Carole Bailey and Josh Wall

Team C - James Smart, Joe Collins, Ruth Watson, Sara Howes and Emilie Prior

Team D - Maite Diaz-Smith, Eleanor Thompson, Zoe Chater, Debbie Cobbing and Viola Kerr

This is pedalling for a purpose. 

We are raising money so that Smart Works can continue delivering their life-changing service and help more women with the confidence, self-belief and the practical tools they require to succeed at interview and start a new chapter of their life.
