Hi All,

 

As some of you may have already heard and found quite amusing, Jeremy, Gareth and Henry have signed up to attempt to run The Great North Run on the 19th September. (and no, it is not because we have heard Newcastle is supposed to be a great night out!)

We will be running in aid of Diabetes UK and are looking to raise in excess of £1,200.

Any donations will be greatfully received (as will support on the day if anyone fancies coming to cheer us all on)
