We're running to raise money for Aid Box community, an amazing charity where Shona volunteers once a week. Aid Box Community provides support, supplies, and sanctuary to the hundreds of refugees and people seeking asylum living in Bristol. By providing practical support and a sense of community, their aim is to alleviate financial burdens and facilitate integration. They welcome displaced people with open arms and provide love, hope, advocacy, and a space where everyone belongs, and everyone is important. They run a free shop & welcome hub, activity groups, wellbeing programmes, and a befriending service.
