Recently people close to me have been going through  investigations to diagnose or have been diagnosed with dementia/ Alzheimer's. It's not until you go through this process as a family that you realise how life changing this diagnoses can be for the individual and the people closest to them. I am still learning about the disease and I'm hoping I can do this by completing this challenge.
