Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, where I announced my intention to complete a 6hour spin for the Help for Heroes charity.

I have now successfully completed my 6 hour spin and your support helped me to make the effort knowing that we would be helping the brave soldiers who are out in Iraq and Afghanistan some of whom have lost limbs and suffered grievous injuries from explosive devices.
