Fundraising for BCHC Charity
My twin 17 year old daughters Izzy and Millie, my brother Dave and I had this CRAZY idea a few months ago to do a Skydive to raise money for the Children and Families Division of Birmingham Community Healthcare (BCHC).
None of us have done a Skydive before, and I'm now feeling beyond petrified at the thought of throwing myself out of a plane, but worse than that, seeing my twin daughters and brother do the same.
We really hope to raise £1000, and would appreciate any contribution towards that....thank you in advance for your support. Every £1 will help!
Birmingham Community Healthcare (BCHC) Charity's mission is to enhance patient experience and improve their time within the care of BCHC services by funding the extras that are not covered by the core NHS funds. These extras are the sorts of things that bring a smile to our patients and their families and carers, and can range from smaller things like books, toys and toiletries all the way up to huge projects like our therapeutic playground for children with prosthetic limbs. We've renovated garden areas, funded beautiful murals, thrown festive parties with food, drink and gifts, provided sensory lighting spaces, entertained patients with music, magic and days out, and loads more! By taking part in our Spring Skydive, you'll be helping us continue in our mission to improve patient experience and support our Team BCHC colleagues.
* Charities pay a small fee for our service. Find out how much it is and what we do for it.
