Could you take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks to help us raise the vital funds needed to support local families living with terminal illnesses and bereavement?

Story

Herriot Hospice Homecare supports people living in Hambleton and Richmondshire to get the end of life care and bereavement support they want, need and deserve. We provide our services free of charge and need to raise £1 million each year to achieve this. I am taking part in the Herriot Hospice Yorkshire 3 Peaks and I will be climbing the famous three peaks, Ingleborough, Whernside & Pen-Y-Ghent! A 25 mile round trip with an ascent and descent of 1500m, all with the aim of completing it within 12 hours. Will you support me by donating to local charity, Herriot Hospice Homecare? £50 could cover a full bereavement session for an adult or child, helping individuals manage their grief and their new sense of self. £100 could fund a month of volunteer respite sitters giving carers a well-deserved break from their caring duties.
