Looking forward to another brilliant day at Royal Parks Half in October in support of the incredible Bone Cancer Research Trust.  While I don't love the training, I do love the day.  It is so uplifting running through the beautiful parks and being cheered on by the amazing supporters and charities.  Running as always for Jess whose spirit inspires us and whose face makes us smile.  We love and miss her as much as ever, nothing will ever change that.  Running to raise funds for this amazing charity who aim to one day find a cure for primary bone cancer and to find gentler and more effective treatments.  If you can help us by donating we would be very grateful.  Thank you!
