Unfortunately I recently found out that the India trip had to be cancelled due to the lack of numbers attending :(

However I am still going to involve myself in activites arranged by the Stroke Association in order to do something proactive and so your money will still go towards something which I feel very strongly for.

I am doing a 5k run on March 23rd to start of with...(im not a runner). It is at Warwick castle and I will be running it with my dad :) and it will be in memory of my grandad and a dear friend of mine who passed away last year.
