Story

We are celebrating Sophie's 3rd birthday by raising funds for the amazing Ally Cadence Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. They provide essential practical and emotional support to families affected by Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1 across the UK.

Sophie adored lights. Christmas tree lights, fibre optic lights, coloured lanterns, anything that glowed in different colours. At just two weeks old, Sophie was mesmerised by the changing colours of the Christmas tree lights at home. Latterly, she was given fibre optic lights by ACT for SMA which kept her amused for hours. We took them everywhere with us.

Shine for Sophie celebrates her love of lights whilst raising funds for the superb Ally Cadence Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Join us by putting up/wearing electric lights, taking a photo and donating to ACT for SMA.
