Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After much deliberating and soul searching I have followed some advice and made a decision to follow a charity that is Close to me...  Now you ask why Chron's and Colitiis UK.  Well for those that do not know me I have suffered with Chron's disease since I was 17 when I had part of my lower intestine removed due to the disease.  At the time there was very little support/help for anyone with the disease and after my operation I was left to get on with my life.

Over recent years I have had several flair ups of the disease and these can leave me feeling very unwell and dependent on pills to ease and keep the Chron's in check.

I would be eternally grateful to anyone who helps Chron's and Colitiis UK to continue offering support and help to those that need it.

How am i going to raise the money i have registered to compete in the Sunderland 10k now I know this is a race but i will not be running i don't think my body or the world is ready for that.  I will be doing one of the things i do best and that is pounding the streets walking.
