This will be our 3rd year of our 3 Park Challenge. Over the last 2 years we have raised £2000 for Mind Havering with the help of friends & family donating and spreading the word of a good cause as well as amazing people taking part in walking with us.

3 Parks was an idea through the pandemic when all we really had for enjoyment and getting out the house was walking. I saw a lot of staff and patients inside and outside the hospital that I work at who was strongly affected with mental health due to the pandemic as well as close friends and family.

This year as well as our walk we will be organising The big mind quiz to also raise money for mind and in special memory of Sean Lawrence & Josh Harnwell who sadly lost their battle to mental health.

All donations will be going to an amazing cause & if this is a cause close to your hearts the more money and awareness we raise will be truly appreciated.
