Well I made it through the day and finished in an amazing 26:13! My best time yet for the 5k! We all had a great day out, even the kids and I met Beverley Knight, although I didn't know who she was when I spoke to her! Oops!

This is my thrid year running the Women's Challenge and the charity I am supporting this year is Bliss, the special care baby charity. Bliss provides vital support and care to premature and sick babies across the UK. Founded 30 years ago, they offer guidance and information at a critical time in families' lives. They also fund ground-breaking research and campaign for babies to receive the best possible level of care regardless of when and where they are born.
