Story
I’m running the Llanelli Half Marathon on Sunday 25th September 2022 to raise money for The Ronald McDonald Charity.
I stayed in the Ronald McDonald house for approximately 3 weeks on site at the University Hospital of Wales when my daughter was admitted to the Neonatal Unit.
I’m not here to write the ins and outs about my daughters life but those closest to us will completely understand it’s been an emotional rollercoaster for us and this charity was a massive support when Olivia was born.
Now my daughter is older and I’ve got more time on my hands, I’d like to give something back and to say a massive thank you to the charity and the team at Cardiff for helping me secure somewhere to stay where I was close to my little girl.
My stay at the house, would have cost me £525 for approximately 3weeks. I would love nothing more than to try and give back double this.
I hope all my friends and family can help me raise my target for such a caring charity 💛.
Thank you for reading,
Sherelle & Olivia
