Story
Sadly most of us have been affected by cancer at some stage in our lives. In the past few months I have lost two very dear friends to cancer and I have other family members and friends who have been living with cancer this year. Because of this I am walking 26.4 miles on Saturday, 31 July to raise funds for this wonderful charity in memory of my dear friends, Andy Watkins, Yvonne Campbell and also my wonderful bestie, Helen Crawford, who passed away 2 years ago. I carry their love in my heart and I have no doubt that this will help my legs carry me the 26 miles. I have to make sense of this loss and this seems like a positive way to do so.
So, thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Any donation, however small, is greatly appreciated and will encourage me to keep on walking through the blisters!
