Colostomy UK is a national charity that offers support and advice to people with stomas and to their families, carers and friends. Colostomy UK also campaigns and acts as advocates for ostomates on the many issues they face going about their daily lives. We want hidden conditions to be understood and accepted by all. Our vision is of communities in which everyone is empowered to reach their potential.

This really is a great challenge. You can walk, run, cycle, ride, hop...skip or jump 😜 the idea is that you just get moving a bit, for a big cause!

I can't thank Colostomy UK enough for providing my support group with amazing swimming & chair yoga session. This comes along with regular support, communication and even growing friendships, with those working hard to support ostomates at CUK. I hope to work with this incredible charity for many years to come!
