The world around us is filled with beauty and incredible species. While I love sharing the wonders of the real life Pokémon around us or bringing you guys with me when I explore a new place, it’s worth recognising that our world needs our help.

This September, I’ll be taking on my greatest challenge yet: running 50km/31.1 miles nonstop during the Thames Path Challenge.

While I’ve done a few marathons and half marathons, this is going to test me to my limits. Yet it’s nothing like the challenge facing the planet.
