Running the Royal Parks Half last October in support of the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity was one of the best things I did with 2021.  When the opportunity came up to double the distance (and hopefully double the donations raised!) in support of this incredible charity, I couldn't say no...

Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity supports families who have a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness. There are an estimated 86,625* children in England with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. This number has trebled over the last 17 years and is rising, meaning every little helps.

Given this is my first marathon, there shall be lots of (much-needed) training happening, along with some "progress updates" and the odd procrastination post too.  Looking forward to sharing my journey with you all & thank you in advance for any donations you may decide to make, big or small.
