Thames Hospice Care are a wonderful organisation and charity who helped Sheila both within the hospice itself and at home afterwards.  They were heavily involved in the very difficult task of finding suitable pain medication during Sheila's final few months.

We would like to thank Thames Hospice Care for their help and are looking to raise money so that they can continue their work helping others that are also in need of care.
