Phil spent a few weeks in St Michaels Hospice towards the end of his life and the care that he received was outstanding. They also gave him the tools and guidance he needed to help manage his illness at home. Through their help, Phil was able to return home and to be with his family and friends until his passing on the 6th March 2021.
