Sheila, Arnie and Thandi are doing this walk together as a family (I'm always saying we don't do enough together, so here goes!!!).   

You might think going on a walk is easy, but it's not a hobby of ours as we are 'townies'.  Also I have sciatica in my right leg, Arnie has a weak ankle and Thandi complains her legs ache even when we go on a shopping trip!  So for us walking 7 miles will be a challenge.
