Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 25th April 2010 I am taking part in the London Marathon and hope to raise lots of money for the Make-a-Wish Foundation.  I am running in memory of my daughter, Rachel, who died from a brain tumour in October 2005, aged 16.

In July 2005 Rachel was asked by the Make-a-Wish Foundation what her wish would be and she said she would like to go on a shopping trip to Harrods in London.  Make-a-Wish organised for all four of us to spend 3 days in London in a 5 star hotel.  We went to see the musical 'We will Rock You', Rachel had a personal shopper in Top Shop and Harrods with lots of spending money, we were driven around London in a limousine, had dinner at The Ivy and tea at The Ritz.  We all had a great time and have some lovely memories of our trip.  Make-a-Wish organised everything perfectly.

Thank you for your support!
