I'm doing the British Heart Foundation's 'London to Brighton Bike Ride' on 15th June 2014.

The 54 mile ride is to raise money for the BHF which is the UK's leading heart charity and is continually researching ways to fight, prevent and cure heart disease. 

I'm doing it to enjoy it, but mainly in memory of Bill Lough who passed away from a heart attack in 2004.

Heart disease affects thousands of people everyday; so I'm doing my bit to help the great research done by the BHF.

The route starts at Clapham Common, and gets very hilly on the south downs, finishing on Brighton Sea Front.

Any donations you can make will be greatly appreciated and will help to fight heart disease.
