This charity is close to my heart as I have Crohn's disease, as I type this I'm currently in remission (sort of!). The disease has got bad for me in the past and flared resulting in quite a few operations and lots of intestine removed. It's important to speak openly about these diseases as most people know someone whose life is affected by IBD. It is a roller coaster having a crohnic disease like this, and currently there is no cure.
