Raising money to support people affected by lymphoma, the fifth most common cancer in the UK

Story

On Wednesday 8th December 21, 4 Bn REME, 10 Armd Coy Recovery Section will be shaving their heads to raise money for Lymphoma-action, a charity close to Cpl Lee’s heart. Last month, Cpl Lee’s brother was diagnosed with rare case of Burkitt Lymphoma Cancer.

Cpl Lee would really appreciate if everyone could dig deep into their pockets and donate to this amazing charity.
Money raised will go towards benefiting other families and patients, so they have a better outcome from treatment.

Just a little bit about Jason. He was born 31 March 1984 and sadly didn’t have the best start in life, having to go into foster care and getting separated from his younger siblings. He is very musically orientated and into gaming. Jason has a small family of his own, his daughter, Molly who is 7 and his wife Sarah, who has also battled cancer herself multiple times. Jason is a strong-minded individual that has turned his life around and has been fully supportive to his family through challenging times.

Lymphoma Action is the UKs only charity dedicated to lymphoma, the most common cancer in 15-24-year olds and the UKs fifth most common cancer. Weve been providing in-depth, expert information and wide-ranging support for over 35 years, helping thousands of people affected by lymphoma. Our work drives improvements in the diagnosis, treatment, and aftercare of lymphoma.
