We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

A few years back, we unfortunately lost Ben Murphy, one of our members, to cancer. Ever since then UPFC have raised money in support of Teenage Cancer Trust and the brilliant work they do. Teenage Cancer Trust provide excellent services and care for young people suffering with cancer, as well as offering support.

Here at UPFC we wish to continue this legacy in Ben’s memory. Every two years we raise money and partake in an event we call shave or dye. During the event we aim to raise money as our members will either shave their head or dye their hair blonde. This will be our first charity event of many since becoming partners with Teenage Cancer Trust.

We ask anyone to get involved in any way you can, be it by taking part, donating or even sharing the link in order to raise as much as possible for this wonderful charity. On behalf of all of us at UPFC we would like to thank you for getting involved in such a great cause.
