Hello,

I'm running the 10-12 mile obstacle course 'Tough Mudder' in memory of Pte Lee Bonsall. Lee served in the army in Helmand Province and lost his closest friend to enemy fire. He suffered emotionally and received no help throughout his service or when he left, resulting in Lee unfortunately committing suicide after suffering with PTSD.

I want to raise as much awareness as possible about PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and to try kick the MOD into action to take care of their soldiers and veterans suffering with this silent disorder.
