On Sunday 7th August I will be taking part in the Phil and Friends 150KM Bike Ride around the Peak district. The epic 150km course near Sheffield includes over 2,600m of climbing including the Peak District climbs of Holme Moss, Winnats Pass and Monsal Head.

I am taking part in this event to raise money for St Luke's Hospice Sheffield, not only my place of work but a fantastic charity that provides palliative care for patients and provides support to their families.
