On the 27th June we will be starting out on our long unaided cycle ride from Lands End To John O' Groats, we intend to cover the 1000 miles in two weeks staying in youth hostels on route. This ride is in aid of the Orchid Cancer Appeal who specialise in testicular, prosate and penile cancers. This Charity is close to my heart as I have twice survived testicular cancer in the past.
