as most of you will know,we sadly lost mum on the 3rd may last year :'( ,and im going to split this years donations between st barnabas house,and chestnut tree house childrens hospice,st barnabas done a fantastic job looking after mum,and all the family,and chestnut tree house is our only local childrens hospice,and both these fantastic places need all the help we can give them,so please help me to help them.

im running chi 10k,bognor 10k,littlehampton 10k,and the great south run,i will also hopefully be adding more runs along the way,{iv'e added the gosport half marathon to be run in nov,so the last run,to take money over will now be end of nov},i will do as i did last year,and run from my house in bognor regis,to st barnabas house with the money raised on the 1st weekend in november,a distance of 13+ miles,we will also be doing our charity fishing match in sept,a 24hr carp match,which is a mixture of social gathering on the fri,and semi serious 24hr carp match on the sat,there will hopefully be a small raffle table and prizes,so if anyone would like to donate a prize of any sort,please msg me on facebook for delivery/collection details,
