At last less than a week to go and I have recoverd from all injuries, It now feels safe to get some sponsorship for the  Bupa Manchester Run  (10k) on Sunday 16th May.

For those of you who don't know, my Father had a stroke in February 2009 and went from  an outgoing larger than life figure who loved to be active to a man who  is now cared for in a hospital.

I am trying to do my little bit to raise some funding for The Stroke Association  and at the same time raise awareness and fund research into stroke prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.
