Great North Run 2023 for St Benedict's Hospice

Story

So I’m doing the Great North Run again this year on behalf of St. Benedict’s Hospice.

St Benedicts Hospice in Sunderland offers free care, advice and support for patients and their families, who have life-limiting illness.

The hospice has now provided excellent end of life for 3 of Louise’s Grandparents, Patrick Duffy, Verna Hughes and very recently Jack Hughes who passed away in the care of the hospice this week.

As a family the hospice means a lot to us and the care and support they provide to not only the patients, but the families too, is invaluable.

That level care and support could could not be achieved without fundraising and donations from the public. I know times are tough at the minute but any donation no matter how small would be greatly appreciated.
