SHARON MULRONEY and SMITH (!) here: thank you for "clicking"!
WE DID IT - in glorious sunshine sent especially to support the Sun Walk, we marched or hobbled our way around Richmond Park, down through Ham to Teddington Lock, along the Thames towpark, past Kew Gardens and Syon Park, over Chiswick Bridge to the north side of the river, through the crowds at Craven Cottage supporting Fulham in the all important game against Norwich, back over Putney Bridge, along past the boathouses, up past the Wetlands Centre in Barnes to arrive on Barnes Green about 7 hours after we set off. 26 miles of blisters and aches but champagne through a straw and lots of supportive kids and dads to meet us.
Last year just 36 friends did the walk and raised £16,000 - this year we hope that 145 of us will together raise more than £50,000 and you are part of that.

Donating through this site is simple and secure and the most efficient way to offer up your money: Breakthrough Breast Cancer will receive the funds faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. The site takes a small fee but the overall benefits of accessing you all in this way remain very worthwhile for the charity.

PS Sorry that the photo of Leone doing her Ursula Andress impression has gone, but I had to prove I was there at the end!
