Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.     I lost my sister-in-law , Jo, because of this horrible illness . Jo was a lovely young women with two beautiful children and a loving husband . She was tee total , never smoked , loved the outdoors and was vegetarian.  She was the person I believed would outlive me and many others .When Jo was diagnosed with cancer it was a massive shock , she was amazing in how she dealt with the illness and I'm full of admiration in how brave  she was. Jo fought so hard but , after a hard fought  but short fight , she  passed away leaving my brother and my young niece and nephew . I admired Jo's attitude so much I decided to change my career and work for a charity and try to give a little back. I still want to do more so  I am now getting my rather large bottom on a bike to try and raise some funds in helping to find cures for women's cancers .   Three of my very good friends and I , all of a certain age  ( who have all been affected by the big C in different ways) are getting on our bikes and riding 64 miles during the night to raise funds in an attempt to find a cure for this dreadful disease. We really need your support ( and maybe a couple of padded cushions ) so please , please  try to support  us and sponsor me or our team , the Fab Four .,   We will be most grateful.  Thanks for reading
