I'm part of Team Wheatley who are fundraising for Glasgow's Helping Heroes. The challenge is to Walk 500 Miles, across a range of events.

In 2013 I'm going take part in a number of events, from fun runs and 10k to the awesome Tough Mudder - a 12k obstacle course designed by Army special forces.

We aim is to raise funds to help veterans and their families who have crisis or emergency needs.

This includes some very elderly veterans, some families with young children and veterans who have health problems.
