Hi Peeps

I will be doing the London Bupa 10k on Sunday May 27th 2012, raising money for Cancer Research

I would like to dedicate my run to all my family and close friends where cancer has affected their lives and especially to my pal Greg Sawyer and his family who recently lost their dad!!! :(

I completed the London Bupa 10k last year in 54 minutes, so I am aiming this year to achieve around the 49 minute mark.  I just need to make sure I don’t go out the night before like last year ha ha

Cancer Research are the world’s leading charity dedicated to beating cancer through research.

They have saved millions of lives with there groundbreaking work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. People’s chances of surviving cancer have doubled in the last 40 years, and they have been at the heart of that progress.
