2010 north devon weight loss challenge

Some of you are aware that i am doing a sponsored weight loss challenge with wayne large that will also be covered by the north devon journal, the challenge is for 16 people to lose as much weight in 16 weeks i have to raise a minimum of £500 that will be donated to the north devon hospice.

Im sure that you will all know some one or has a friend or family member that has suffered at the hand of cancer, hospice is such a deserving charity and i am prond to be apart of the fund raising.

I hope everyone will help towards this worthy challenge, its not just about me losing weight its also about the millions of people that are suffering every single day because cancer has them in it hands.

The training that we have to undertake is very tough and its hard work, i will be doing 5 nights a week training, i am already feeling the muscles that have been hiding from me all these years.

Just a small donation is a great help in helping all those people who have suffered at the hands of cancer.
