I am a coronary care nurse and on a daily basis I see at first hand the devastation that heart disease in it's many forms causes to patients and their families and I believe that the pioneering research that the BHF does helps to provide valuable information and advice to patients, nurses and doctors on how to reduce risk and improve health.

i believe that it's a worthwhile cause and that is why I am willing to participate in this run for the 3rd time to highlight to you the good work done by the BHF and how every penny you give will help.

we all know someone who has had heart problems, family or friends and donating will help further research.
