For 10 weeks until the 10th Day of the 10th Month I will be taking part in the #WENatTen Campaign by giving up my favourite hobby - alcohol! 

I'm a hop enthusiast, I know my Pinot Grigio from my Pinto Gris and my bar cart currently has 21 different spirits on it including Liquor 43 Horchata, Mandarincello and Hungary's national spirit Unicum (seriously!) but I'm about to give it all up for charity. 

Although primarily used for fun, alcohol is not only incredibly unhealthy and addictive but it is far too often used as an excuse for gender based violence. Women's Equality Network (WEN) Wales are leading the way in the UK for enshrining CEDAW (Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women) in Welsh law.
