As-salamu Alaykum (May peace be with you)  fellow brothers and sisters, 

We have set up this funding page to help raise money for Yemen who are currently facing a crisis as they are on the verge of being wiped off the map. Starvation and famine is at a all time high and it has been reported around 24 million Yemeni people are affected by this humanitarian crisis. If this does not give you chills I don’t know what will. These are our own Muslim brothers and sisters that are being literally wiped out and there is a cry for help which sadly people can barely hear.

As well as as the civil war, starvation and famine as we thought the  situation could not get any worse the coronavirus had spread to Yemen. May Allah give them the strength to pull through and give them the peace they deserve. The global pandemic had us lot, ordinary people but living in luxury compared to them. We had our showers, stayed clean and bought our fair shares of tissues aswell as bulked up on essentials But, what did the people of Yemen do? When they need food and water to survive? Could they afford to use the little water they have to have a shower? I can’t help but put myself into their shoes and it brings tears to my eyes every time I think about it. The only thing we can do for the people of Yemen right now is to donate what we can even as little as £1 if that is all you can do, the almighty will still be happy with you. 

Let us be the reason why the people of Yemen will live to see another day and have a smile on their faces. Remember, this life is a test for the hereafter, the people of Yemen have it hard and we don’t, let’s make it easy for them so that one day they can make dua for us in return too.
