Helloooo, on September 16th I will be participating in this years Great North Run event. I will be running a total distance of 13.1 miles from Newcastle to South Shields. I will be raising money for the BHF (British Heart Foundation). This charity treated my Nan in her later years and I will be running in her memory. All donations will be greatly appreciated.
