HELP US FIGHT FOR EVERY HEARTBEAT
Myself and my friend Charlie are raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and we would both be so grateful for your support.
We are walking from London to Oxford. A distance of 100km (62 miles) starting on the 13 May, right through the night to finish the next day.
I have raised money for the BHF when I was at school and I have had minor heart problems when I was a child so now I want to raise more money for more research. Charlie has raised money for other charities while running so she has decided to slow it down to help me keep up with the pace.
Every 3 minutes, someone in the UK is struck by a heart attack.
Around 30% of heart attacks are fatal.
The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives and families are turned upside down from the loss of a loved one. We want to do what we can to stop this happening.
The research is vital and every single pound helps so please give what you can to help us hit our target. Thanks!
