السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته 

I start by praising Allah the one who all praise   belongs  to and by sending praise and salutations to his beloved  prophet Muhammad ﷺ. When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), knowledge from which benefit is gained, or a righteous child who prays for him’. (Muslim)

We are raising money to build a mosque as sadaqah jaariya for our father Haji Shahid Hussain who sadly passed away on Saturday 9th January 2021. 

Our father was a man who touched many hearts throughout his life. Making friends wherever he went, supporting and helping anyone in need. Despite his own struggles that he faced he continued to strive to provide the best for his family and be the best husband, dad , brother and son. 

We would appreciate any amount that you are able to donate and pray that Allah SWT makes this a continuous source of reward for our father and also rewards you for your efforts in this life and the hereafter InshaAllah.

‘Whosoever builds a house (masjid) for the pleasure of Allah, whether it be small or large, Allah builds for him a house in Paradise.’ [Tirmidhi] 

Please continue to keep our father in your duas. May Allah give him Jannat-ul-Firdous, forgive all his sins and give the family Sabr to overcome the loss. We hope that on the Day of Judgement Allah counts this and adds it to your scale of good deeds. We ask Allah to love and bless every single one of you.
