I am raising money for the Edale mountain rescue team. 

In January, my dad and family went for a walk in the peak disrict. My dad slipped off an embankment and fell onto a rock, leaving his pelvis severely broken. Edale mountain rescue provided vital assistance in escorting him off the mountain and to a place where he could get into an ambulance and recieve urgent medical treatment. 

Edale mountain rescue team is one of the busiest teams in the country, with over 156 incidents in 2020. They are an excellent team of volunteers who regularly save lives, this is an essential service and we are very grateful to them.
