Story
Severn Valley Runners and Riders are a group of colleagues and friends based at Persimmon Homes Portishead, Bristol who have decided to pool their resources and target a number of challenges to raise money for The Childrens Hospice South West throughout 2018 - from 10k runs and half marathons to multi day cycle events.
Providing hospice care for children with life-limiting conditions and their whole family across the South West. The care offered by the Childrens Hospice South West across their 3 centres is wide ranging; respite and short breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care.
Absolutely committed to making the most of short and precious lives, at the Childrens Hospice South West its not simply about medical and nursing care for sick children, they enrich the lives of the children and their families.
