James Lay shares his journey...
After losing my children and freedom due to addiction, I wondered, while sitting in detention, what I was going to do. When I was released, I walked out of county detention and into Life Learning Center. Throughout the program and after graduating, I could see and feel a big change in every part of my life.
Today, I am drug and alcohol-free, employed full-time, have a car, and a 3-bedroom home for my children for whom I regained custody. I take pride in my community, wanting to be part of the solution and no longer part of the problem. Smiling ear to ear right now, I could go on and on about the amazing changes in my life, all due to the dedicated team at the Life Learning Center.
