I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon in October - considering I can't run for longer than 10mins - It will be a challenge - My motivation is the Doggies - that I often think about and wish I could help and this is my way of making a effort - for me it will be a super human effort - but one I hope to acheive to help our four legged friends.
