We work with women and girls globally to create a more just and equitable future

Story

The algae levels having been declared safe, I managed to finish my first olympic distance triathlon in Hyde Park on Saturday 6 August in a time of 2:24:42, which was about 200th out of 1,000 who made it round the same course as me. See left for me in my silly suit putting the hammer down on the home straight.

ActionAid does lots of great things, including various educational projects in Africa.  It's probable that the more educated people are, the more likely it is that we will think of something more interesting and productive to do than kill each other and destroy others' livelihoods.  So, giving money to ActionAid for to spend on these projects must be a good thing, and I encourage you to do so.

Thank you for your donations -
