Story
Thank you for visiting my page.I’m supporting Sarcoma UK, a national charity that funds vital research, offers support for anyone affected by sarcoma cancer and campaigns for better treatments. Sarcoma is a type of cancer that develops in the bone and soft tissue. It is difficult to diagnose and one of the hardest to treat. By supporting me, we can help change this.
My wonderfully brave friend was diagnosed with this in 2020 and has had 2 yes 2 major operations to remove her thigh bone. She is so positive and so so kind, caring and amazing (with a pretty epic scar which she won’t mind showing you!) as well as being a fantastic mum to two young children. I am often blown away by her positivity and tenacity towards her diagnosis. Up yours cancer! Unfortunately nodules have also appeared on her lungs and that just sucks but she’s strong and courageous and is all for trialling anything they will throw at her. The Sarcoma support line is her life line but they need funds to keep this going. So if you can spare any money no matter how small then please donate. I will be running for her and when I feel like I can’t carry on I will. I run for her because she no longer can but if she could she would be running up that hill!!! 😉
Your donation will help researchers find answers, keep our Support Line open, and raise awareness to improve treatment and standards of care.Thank you for your support.
